Molly Shen | ART Paralegal
Molly is bilingual in Chinese Mandarin and English. She is passionate about providing clients with high-quality surrogacy escrow services to help families grow and reduce the financial stress of the escrow process.
What languages do you speak? How did you learn?
I was raised in Zhejiang, China. I speak Mandarin and English. I was raised speaking Mandarin, so it is my native language.
What does your job entail?
I schedule, review, and process payments based on surrogacy and egg donor agreements. I also provide customer service.
What do you like most about your job?
I can learn new things every day. It’s so rewarding to be able to help families grow! I enjoy working with our fantastic team to give our clients peace of mind so they can focus on their family-building journey.
What is your favorite aspect of the surrogacy industry?
Surrogacy is a blessing to families that may not have the chance to have a baby. I’m so happy to see our clients holding their babies.
Dadby Gallahad | ART Paralegal
Dadby Gallahad is originally from Honduras and speaks Spanish, Khmer, and English. As a Paralegal for SeedTrust, Dadby enjoys helping Spanish-speaking Intended Parents and Surrogates.
What languages do you speak? How did you learn?
My native tongue is Spanish. I was born in Honduras, San Pedro Sula, so Spanish is my native tongue. I learned English when I moved to the States with my family at eight years old. I also speak Khmer. I learned it between 2015-2017 when I lived in Cambodia teaching English.
What does your job entail?
As a Co-Legal Manager here at SeedTrust, I work closely with Intended Parents, Surrogates, and Agencies to help facilitate their surrogacy journeys.
What do you like most about your job?
Every day I learn something new, never a dull moment!
What brought you to SeedTrust?
Throughout my career as a paralegal, my work has been heavily involved in catering to the needs of the Hispanic/Latino community in Utah. When I saw that SeedTrust needed a Spanish-speaking Legal Manager, I knew that I could bring my previous experience as a bilingual paralegal to the world of surrogacy to help Spanish-speaking clients at an international level.
What is your favorite aspect of the surrogacy industry?
Going through a surrogacy journey can be overwhelming, especially if there is a language barrier. I love connecting with Intended Parents and Surrogates in their native language and breaking down those language barriers.
Lina Wei | ART Paralegal
Lina Wei, MBA, joined SeedTrust as an ART Paralegal with experience in the reproductive science and surrogacy field. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, Lina is passionate about helping grow families while drawing on her experience in the education field to make every person’s experience with SeedTrust rewarding and pleasant.
