Edward Brockshmidt, C.P.A., MBA, Founder/CFO, has been helping families grow through collaborative processes since 2015. Edward was a managing partner of a successful CPA firm that handled bookkeeping for a surrogacy agency. After witnessing the agency constantly fielding calls from Intended Parents inquiring about their accounts and stressed surrogates inquiring about payments, Edward decided to use his passion for technology to create a simpler, more reliable solution.

Since launching SeedTrust®, Edward and his partners have responsibly managed funds for hundreds of intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors. Edward Brockshmidt is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the National Society of Accountants, the FICPA, and the AICPA.

Roland S. Salloum, Esq., Chief Operating Officer, is a business attorney with expansive knowledge of collaborative reproductive processes. Roland joined the SeedTrust® team after experiencing his own five-year infertility journey. He has since become an industry expert in the financial administration of egg donation and gestational surrogate contracts and escrow funds.

Roland is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Within the Federal Bar Association, Roland is a member of the Federal Litigation Section, the LGBT Law Section, and the Family Law Section.

Adam Winder, MBA, President, is a strategic executive with over ten years of experience in financial services. Adam left banking and joined SeedTrust because he felt a personal connection to SeedTrust’s purpose. After becoming a father for the first time, Adam realized that every family should have the opportunity to experience the joy of becoming parents.

Before becoming a Partner at SeedTrust, Adam led strategy for the commercial line of business at SunTrust Bank. Adam also spent over eight years advising middle-market companies. Mr. Winder is passionate about giving back and helping others. He currently serves on the board and as the CFO of Making the Grade – Hope for African Youth.

Adam graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Bridgewater College. He holds an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.

Denise Steele, ART Escrow Consultant, is a market development expert whose personal experiences have afforded her a deep understanding of both technology and fertility processes. Having welcomed 3 children through assisted reproductive collaborations and adoption, she is cognizant of the fact that intended parents deserve to be protected, granted whatever control is possible, and given full transparency throughout their journeys.

Professionally, Denise has been a consultant for several nationally recognized fertility and parenting organizations such as FertilityAuthority, MommyNearest, and Neighborhood Parenting Network. Her blog, Hope4Fertility.com, shares insights and provides support to those facing infertility. In 2017, she joined ConceiveAbilites, serving as the company’s Clinic Liaison and Account Strategist. In her role as Clinic Liaison, she established partnerships with clinics around the country and helped to develop new product lines which created more options for intended parents struggling to grow their own families, while her position as Account Strategist afforded her the opportunity of overseeing the overhaul the company’s CRM system.

In 2019, Denise joined SeedTrust as a consultant, where she is the leader of business development and marketing strategies. Denise is passionate about helping agencies and clinics grow their businesses and believes that by providing a secure, easy-to-use online platform for case managers, surrogates, egg donors, and intended parents to manage their journeys, SeedTrust allows them to focus on what they do best — growing families.

Abby Helmuth, Escrow Consultant, joined SeedTrust as a Certified Paralegal in 2019 with many years of assisted reproductive legal experience and a dedication to helping intended parents build their families. She earned her Paralegal Certification at the University of San Diego in 2016. Prior to transitioning to the Escrow Consulting role, she managed over a thousand surrogacy and egg donor accounts as a Legal Manager/Paralegal at SeedTrust. Abby is passionate about providing clients with escrow tools and resources that offer the highest level of transparency and security to minimize the risks that may jeopardize intended parents’ funds, surrogates’ and egg donors’ disbursements and agencies’ reputations.

Abby is originally from Germantown, WI but now resides in Austin, TX, with her fiancée and beloved dog, Dolly. When she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys cooking and baking new recipes, decorating her new home, and spending time with her friends and expanding family.

Jennifer Via is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies. With nearly a decade of experience in legal and administrative work and more than 3 years solely devoted to Assisted Reproductive Law, Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable in all things ART and is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service to our clients.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time on the water, practicing her photography skills, and traveling both locally and abroad.

Marlon Wolfman, CPA, Controller, joined SeedTrust with over seven years of Public Accounting experience, supporting both public and private companies. His superb attention to detail in managing each of our escrow accounts ensures all funds are accounted for without discrepancy. Marlon graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Kaitlyn Oberley is a graduate from Troy University and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology as well as an ABA certificate in Paralegal studies from the University of California, San Diego. Kaitlyn has worked previously in the customer service, financial, education and legal industry.

Kaitlyn is devoted to helping families grow so that they may all experience the love and joy of being a parent. She is passionate about creating relationships as well as providing excellent customer service with all clients she works with.

While Kaitlyn is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her son and her family. Kaitlyn also enjoys boating, running and traveling.

Samantha Jenkins is a graduate from Texas State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies as well as an Advanced Technical Paralegal Certificate from Austin Community College. Samantha joins SeedTrust with a background of working in customer service, accounts payable, and the legal industry.

Samantha is passionate about helping others and making sure every client is satisfied.

Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and dog, playing softball, and trying out new local restaurants around Austin.

Kayleen Stromberg, ART Paralegal, is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southern Oregon University who holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Communication, with a specialization in Conflict Resolution, as well as an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from ABA accredited Pioneer Pacific College. Kayleen joined the SeedTrust team with experience in various fields of the legal industry, including personal injury, general business and taxation, trademark, real property, and estate planning. Kayleen is zealous in her desire to provide outstanding support and customer service to each individual she works with throughout their journey, all the while cultivating meaningful relationships.

In Kayleen's free time, you can find her hiking beautiful trails throughout the state of Oregon, wine tasting in the Umpqua and Willamette Valleys, or cheering on the Oregon Ducks, all with her husband and dog in tow.

Lina Wei, MBA, joined SeedTrust as an ART Paralegal with experience in the reproductive science and surrogacy field. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, Lina is passionate to help grow family while drawing on her experience in the education field to make every person's experience with SeedTrust rewarding and pleasant.

Outside of the office, Lina enjoys hiking through Mission Trails in San Diego and experiencing different cultures as well as life-styles around the world.

Nuala Deely is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Political Science. With an extensive customer service background, Nuala joined the SeedTrust Team devoted to providing each client with the best possible experience. Nuala is passionate about helping families grow and working to instill peace of mind in our clients throughout their journey.

Nuala loves spending time with her family. When she is not working, you can find her outdoors. She loves fishing off the coast of Texas, concerts, hiking, and paddling the Guadalupe River.

Whitney Hilliard is a graduate of the University of Idaho and holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and Journalism with a minor in Political Science. Whitney joined the SeedTrust team with previous legal experience in employee benefits and executive compensation, as well as general business and taxation. Whitney is dedicated to helping each individual navigate their journey through quality client service.

In her free time, Whitney enjoys drawing, attending live music events, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Dadby Gallahad is originally from Honduras and speaks Spanish, Khmer, and English. She has been a Paralegal for the past five years, working mainly in the Personal Injury sector, helping the Spanish-speaking community in Utah. Now, as a Paralegal for SeedTrust, Dadby continues to enjoy helping Spanish-speaking Intended Parents and Surrogates.

Dadby enjoys going to the movies and taking nature walks in her spare time with her husband. She also likes to work on interior design projects within her home over the weekends.

Molly Shen, ART Paralegal, joined SeedTrust with experience in various fields, including Reproductive Science and Surrogacy Industry, Science Education, and College Planning. She is bilingual in Chinese Mandarin and English. Molly is passionate about providing clients with high-quality surrogacy escrow services to help families grow and reduce the financial stress of the escrow process.

Outside of the Office, Molly enjoys gardening, hiking, food tasting, and spending time with her kids and family.

Jordan Marak, ART Paralegal, is a graduate of Texas Lutheran University and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a Criminal Justice focus in addition to an Advanced Technical Paralegal Certificate from Austin Community College. Jordan joined the Seedtrust Team with Civil Law legal experience and many years of customer service.

Jordan is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring each client's journey is smooth sailing.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her two golden retrievers. She also loves sports and traveling.

Lauren Saylor is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Criminology and Sociology and a minor in Political Science. Lauren joined SeedTrust with Human Resources and Customer Service experience and is a recent graduate of an ABA-certified Paralegal Studies certificate program in Raritan, NJ. Lauren is committed to helping families grow and flourish.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé by watching superhero movies and documentaries. Lauren also enjoys exploring areas outside of her home of Bucks County, PA.

Zane Zentai is a recent graduate from the University of Arizona, with a degree in Law and Criminology. His previous work experience includes Mission Support for the Federal Government, as well as Service Experience Management. Zane hopes to utilize his meticulous attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to better serve our clients and enhance their overall experience.

Outside of work, Zane enjoys learning how to play new instruments, finding new ways to make coffee, and traveling wherever possible. He plans to continue his law education going forward.

Claire Chang, ART Paralegal,  joined SeedTrust with over a decade of experience in various fields of healthcare, including insurance, medical and legal translation, case management, reproductive care, egg donation, and surrogacy. Claire holds a BS Degree in Life Science and is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Claire is passionate about helping families grow and providing excellent communication to ensure satisfaction for all clients.

In her free time, Claire enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel, both locally and abroad.

Johnny Parker, Senior Accountant, joined SeedTrust with nearly two decades of accounting experience and expertise. He has focused his career on providing accounting systems and reporting solutions to small-business owners. Johnny graduated with a Bachelor's in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is an alumnus of Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity. Johnny is a relentless perfectionist who strives for the very best.

In his free time, Johnny enjoys being with family and friends, watching racing and college football, and having fun outdoors while fishing, hunting, or exploring. He is also a member of the Elks and takes pride in his charity to the community.

Angel Forrest, Surrogate Escrow Guide, joined SeedTrust with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, and Business Administration. As a mother herself, Angel is passionate about having a family and the joy of being a parent. Angel is dedicated to supporting surrogates and ensuring all clients have the best possible experience and stress-free journeys.

When not in the office, Angel enjoys outdoor activities with her family and friends. She especially enjoys going to the beach and boating.

Adam Brock joined SeedTrust’s Accounting Team with over a decade of experience in Financial Accounting following his studies at Clemson University and Florida Atlantic University. Adam is very detailed oriented and has a passion for his craft that provides our clients with the highest quality of service possible.

Outside of the office, Adam is an avid sports fan. As a Florida native, on the weekends you can find him cheering for the Seminoles as well as teeing it up on some of Florida’s finest golf courses. He also enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally whenever possible.
